Third Party Property Damage Liability

Provides legal liability coverage for damage to or destruction of property belonging to others (including loss of use of the property) while the property is in the care, custody, or control of the production company and is used or to be used in an insured production. Coverage does not apply to liability for damage to property caused by operation of any motor vehicle, aircraft or watercraft; or liability for damage to any property rented or leased that may be covered under Props, Sets, and Wardrobe; or Miscellaneous Equipment insurance. This coverage is not included under a Comprehensive General Liability Policy.
